General Questions

Please print a Prescription Request Form and bring/send to your provider.

Your provider must be prescribing the medication for a condition caused by the work injury or accident. Otherwise, we will be unable to provide you the medication without an out of pocket charge.

If you have an attorney who represents you on your claim, you may want to ask them to recommend a physician in your area.

A controlled medication is a drug or chemical whose manufacture, possession, or use is regulated by the government.

All medications will be sent upon receipt of proper prescriptions and patient information. We often use overnight mailing however delivery times may vary depending on processing and delivery times.

At the time we receive your initial prescription we will contact you prior to sending your medication. At this time we will ask you if you would like to sign up for automatic refills, or if you would like us to contact you when it is time for a refill.
If your prescription has a valid refill and there have been no claims difficulties on a prior filled prescription, your refill will automatically be sent to you around the 28th day after your original prescription was processed, if you opted in for automatic refills. If you requested a call prior to refill, you will be contacted around the 28th day after your original prescription was processed to see if you would like a refill.
If your prescription does not have a valid refill, you may contact your provider or you can request we contact them for you.

Delivery Questions

If there are no controlled narcotic medications this is not required, nor is a signature. However if there are controlled narcotic medications being delivered, a signature will be required.
We will notify you if your package needs to be signed for.

Medications can be shipped to a work or other address as long as someone is there to sign for the delivery. Medications CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Any member of your family can sign for your package. You may request that only family members over the age of 18 sign for your package.

UPS and FedEX will leave a note on your door when a missed delivery occurs. When this happens, the common carrier will generally attempt to redeliver the medications the next day, with a total of three attempts. You may call the number of the door tag and request that you pick it up at a location near your home.

No, FedRx does not require pre-authorization.

If payment is denied and we are unable to resolve the denial with the responsible insurance carrier, we will contact your attorney to determine if the denial is appropriate. If requested by your attorney we will await resolution of any pending claim and request that the attorney try to protect any unpaid bills prior to or upon final settlement. Upon request, we will waive unpaid bills that cannot be protected.
We will make a determination on a case by case basis whether to continue to provide additional medications as part of your claim.

Billing Questions

No, your group health insurance will not be billed.

In some situations we may bill your PIP policy should you or the prescribing provider authorize us to do so.
